AOA Evidence-based Clinical Practice Guideline “Comprehensive Adult Eye & Vision Examination” Accepted Into National Guideline Clearinghouse

Posted by

Proud to announce that the National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC) has posted the latest AOA Evidence-based Clinical Practice Guideline (CPG) Comprehensive Adult Eye and Vision Examination.  I am so honored to serve with one of the hardest working teams in the AOA volunteer leadership structure and thrilled to be an author of this evidence-based AOA CPG for the nation.  The AOA guidelines serve to support best practices in clinical care,  as evidence for shared decision making for doctors of optometry in delivery of care and treatment, as teaching and reference resources for doctors-in-training and professional educational programs, and to educate other professionals and the public on the value and scope of optometric care.  For more CPG information, please click here.  You can also visit the American Optometric Association website.
